Berks Senior Living Cottage Renovation
Beginning with a full unit inspection, Nolt Mathis and The Highlands at Wyomissing partnered to develop a scope of work to complete the renovation of Villa 2144. Combining a high quality assessment with a standard scope of work, Nolt Mathis was able to work directly with the residents moving into the home to design the space. The renovation included custom countertops, flooring, painting, electrical and plumbing. The residents chose to open the kitchen into the living room space, which required a structural design to complete.

The residents moving into the home utilized design services by Nolt Mathis to select their finishes. The residents were already living in the community in a temporary apartment, which allowed our team to quickly meet and make decisions without delaying the project.
