Senior Living Cottage Renovation in York, PA
In an effort to remarket two bedroom floorplans, Normandie Ridge in York, PA enlisted Nolt Mathis to complete the re-design of a two-bedroom cottage with a garage. Nolt Mathis provided designs services, bathroom and kitchen planning, and custom option pricing for special resident requests. The renovation started in the late fall of 2022 and was completed in January 2023.
Interior Finishes
Working alongside Normandie Ridge, Nolt Mathis provided a palate of interior finishes for the prospective resident to choose from. The residents made updated and modern choices that include white shaker cabinets, quartz countertops, brushed nickel accents and stainless steel appliances. The flooring is a resilient luxury vinyl plank floor that will hold up to future renovations.
