Where does Nolt Mathis work?

Nolt Mathis focuses on serving senior living communities in the Lancaster, York, Berks, Lebanon, Chester, and Delaware, Pennsylvania. Our goal is to partner with great senior living communities and develop high performance renovation programs that utilize local suppliers, labor and project management.

How long does an apartment renovation take for Nolt Mathis to complete?

Average renovations take between seven and ten weeks to complete. Smaller projects can be completed within two weeks depending on the scope of work. Nolt Mathis works alongside your staff to define the scope of work for each project, which allows our project team to quickly assemble and perform renovations at a high pace with a focus on quality, transparency, and timeliness.

Our Team

Justin Nolt

Principal

With 20 years of building construction experience, Justin has a strong foundation in pre-construction, estimating and construction operations. Serving as a project manager in the senior living construction industry, Justin has managed jobs exceeding 20 million dollars. Justin is a graduate of Penn State University where he earned his bachelor’s degree in Structural Design and Construction Engineering, and his MBA.

James Mathis

Principal

With years of success operating renovation programs for senior living facilities in the central Pennsylvania area, James has helped communities that struggle with renovating apartments on time and within budget. With a degree in Applied Engineering and Technology Management, James has a unique view of the construction industry, embracing technology and process improvement.

Steve Ribaudo

Project Manager

Steve Ribaduo brings a wealth of expertise and precision to Nolt Mathis, specializing in commercial construction projects. With a Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management from Millersville University and a Master’s degree in the same field from Arizona State University, Steve has honed his skills across projects of all sizes, from small-scale builds to large, detail-oriented developments. His commitment to excellence and deep understanding of construction processes make him an invaluable asset to our team and our clients.

Leigh Leon is a dedicated design professional with a passion for cabinetry design and exceptional service.
