Nolt Mathis Construction Management is hiring a licensed electrician to handle electrical work across our renovation and turn projects. You’ll take on everything from rough-in through trim and final connections, working to code and to the high standard our clients expect, while helping keep our jobs on schedule. General Superintendent
Nolt Mathis Construction Management is seeking an experienced General Superintendent to lead our work in the field. In this role you’ll be the driving force behind execution across multiple active projects — setting the pace, holding the schedule, coordinating trades and crews, and making sure every job meets our standard for quality and safety. You’ll be the field counterpart to our project managers, the person crews look to for direction and the one who keeps jobs running smoothly from start to closeout. We’re looking for a proven leader with strong construction knowledge, sharp organizational instincts, and the ability to get the best out of a team. For the right person, this is a key seat at a company that’s growing and will be expected to shape how we build, and how we grow.

Experienced Carpenter
Nolt Mathis Construction Management is looking for a skilled carpenter to join our team and help bring our renovation projects to life. As a carpenter with us, you’ll work across the full range of a job — from framing and door and trim installation to cabinetry and final punch — producing the kind of clean, precise finish work our clients count on. You’ll move between projects and communities, solving problems in the field and taking real ownership of the quality that goes into every unit. Demolition Foreman
Nolt Mathis Construction Management is looking for a Demolition Foreman to lead the first and most fast-moving phase of our renovation projects. In this role you’ll run demo crews, set the pace that launches each job, and make sure units are taken down safely, cleanly, and ready for the trades that follow. You’ll be responsible for protecting what stays, clearing what goes, and keeping the site organized and on schedule — the foundation that every successful renovation is built on. We’re looking for someone hardworking and safety-minded who can lead a crew, work efficiently, and take pride in setting each project up to succeed.
