Nolt Mathis completed a full interior renovation of this independent living cottage at Normandie Ridge, transforming the home into a fresh, move-in-ready residence in advance of a new resident’s arrival. The seven-week project encompassed updates throughout the kitchen, bathrooms, and living spaces, delivered on a timeline coordinated to meet the community’s turnover schedule.
The renovation included new glue-down luxury vinyl plank flooring throughout, along with custom cabinetry and finish painting completed in-house by Nolt Mathis. New quartz countertops anchored the updated kitchen, while electrical upgrades brought the home’s systems up to current standards. Both bathrooms were fully renovated, featuring new shower assemblies, vanities, countertops, and plumbing fixtures.
A defining feature of the project was a collaborative resident selection process. Nolt Mathis worked alongside the Normandie Ridge team and the incoming resident to guide finish and material choices, ensuring the completed cottage reflected the resident’s preferences while maintaining the quality and consistency standards of the community.
