Apartment 336 Renovation
After an in-depth review of this apartment, Nolt Mathis and The Highlands at Wyomissing worked together to develop a scope of work to complete the renovation of Apartment 336. This apartment had been lived in for more than 10 years and required a total renovation.
Nolt Mathis performed demolition, framing, painting, carpentry, on-site supervision, and project management to work with trade partners. This project was completed in September 2022
Design Selections
The residents moving into the home utilized design services by Nolt Mathis to select their finishes. This resident saw the opportunity to fully update the interior finishes to create a clean and clutter free environment. While entering the community at a younger age, she felt that this was an opportunity to select the finishes and new furniture to simplify her transition into The Highlands at Wyomissing and move very few pieces of existing furniture into the home.
The finished apartment is outfitted with a contrasting kitchen and minimalistic palate to make the smaller space feel open.
