Berks County Senior Living Villa Renovation
Beginning with a full unit inspection, Nolt Mathis and The Highlands at Wyomissing partnered to develop a scope of work to complete the renovation of Villa 2128. The renovation was a comprehensive overhaul of the home, including the replacement of the heating and cooling systems, elimination of sprinkler systems. Lighting and electrical upgrades, and a complete redesign of all interior finishes at the resident’s discretion.
Nolt Mathis performed demolition, framing, painting, carpentry, on-site supervision, and project management to work with trade partners. This project was completed in September 2022
Design Selections
The residents moving into the home utilized design services by Nolt Mathis to select their finishes. The residents had experience in building custom homes previously and viewed their move into Villa 2128 as an opportunity to adopt some of their favorite design choices and blend them with updated finishes.
The finished home is a warm blend of Brazilian cherry floors, dover white walls, brushed nickel trim accents, and added contrast with matte-black plumbing fixtures.
