Coatesville, PA Senior Living Renovation
Working in partnership with Freedom Village at Brandywine, Nolt Mathis completed an 8 week renovation of a One Bedroom with Den apartment floor plan. This renovation included a major kitchen renovation which included countertops, cabinetry, new appliances, plumbing fixtures and flooring. The renovation also provided an opportunity to update the finishes within each of the two bathrooms. New shower units with enclosures, toilets, flooring, cabinetry and countertops were all installed. Each of the living areas received new wall paint, flooring and 5-1/4″ tall baseboard.
Nolt Mathis worked with Freedom Village’s marketing staff to coordinate resident finishes, which were reflected in our transparent billing process.
