Normandie Ridge Cottage Renovation
In an effort to remarket two bedroom floorplans, Normandie Ridge in York, PA enlisted Nolt Mathis to complete the re-design of a two-bedroom cottage with a garage. Nolt Mathis provided designs services, bathroom and kitchen planning, and custom option pricing for special resident requests. The renovation started in the winter of 2022 and was completed in February 2023.
Interior Finishes
Working alongside Normandie Ridge, Nolt Mathis provided a palate of interior finishes for the prospective resident to choose from. The residents made updated and modern choices that include nickel colored cabinetry, contrasting vinyl plank flooring, bright white trim and beautiful granite countertops.
