Tel Hai Cottage Renovation and Addition
Tel Hai Retirement Community engaged with Nolt Mathis to complete a total renovation and addition to Cottage 413. Nolt Mathis worked with Tel Hai stakeholders and Yohe Architecture to budget and complete an addition to the cottage, improving the overall footprint. This renovation completed in February 2024 with excellent results. The project was completed ahead of schedule and on-budget. All stakeholders and residents are thrilled with the result.
