York, PA Senior Living Apartment Renovation
Beginning with a full unit inspection, Nolt Mathis and Normandie Ridge partnered to complete the renovation of a 1 Bedroom with Den apartment at their campus in York, PA. The renovation was a comprehensive overhaul of the home, including the replacement of the countertops, flooring, trim, paint and exterior doors. Finishes were selected by Normandie Ridge and all work was completed by our team at Nolt Mathis.
Nolt Mathis performed demolition, framing, painting, carpentry, on-site supervision, and project management to work with trade partners. This project was completed in October 2023.
